China Launches Online Residence Registration for Foreign Nationals
Foreign passport holders staying in private residences in China can now complete mandatory registration online.

/ DANGDI / DANGDI / DANGDI /Visiting China with a foreign passport is now easier. You can register your residence online. China launched a new online registration service nationwide. Foreign passport holders can now skip visits to local police stations.
Foreigners staying in private homes must register within 24 hours. This rule covers foreign spouses, children, and Danish citizens. Hosts or guests can use an app or website. You can use the NIA 12367 app. WeChat and Alipay mini-programs also work.
The online tool takes only a few minutes. You do not need to visit local public offices. This helps Chinese residents in Denmark and their families. Source: China National Immigration Administration.
