China confirmed its 30-day unilateral visa-free policy for Denmark, Sweden, and 46 other countries will end on December 31, 2026.

China confirmed its unilateral visa-free policy for 48 countries ends on December 31, 2026.
This policy applies to ordinary passport holders from Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
It also includes citizens from most European Union member states.
Eligible travelers can enter China without a visa for up to 30 days.
The arrangement permits entry for tourism, business, family visits, or transit.
Overseas Chinese can plan trips with foreign-born family members carrying Nordic passports.
Nordic business colleagues can also use the arrangement for trips to China.
The visa-exempt entry remains active through December 31, 2026.
Travelers must prepare new travel plans for trips scheduled in 2027.
