Celine Li Rebuilds Home in Copenhagen Through Art

Living in Denmark is safe and peaceful. However, newcomers must prove themselves to settle down. Celine Li, 42, moved to Copenhagen in late 2018. She came to Denmark because of her husband's job. In China, she worked as a teacher and designer.

At first, Li was content with her new life. Eventually, she struggled with homesickness. She also felt a strong need to find personal purpose. She realized that life in Copenhagen is not always romantic.
