Air China Expands European Network with New Direct Route

Air China will launch a new direct route to Eastern Europe in September 2026. This expanded network gives Nordic residents more transit choices when traveling between China and Northern Europe.

Starting September 4, 2026, flights will connect Beijing Capital International Airport with Bucharest in Romania and Zagreb in Croatia. The service will run three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

This new route expands Air China's footprint to 27 European destinations. The airline will operate nearly 260 flights per week across Europe.
